CARRIER:
Spring Of Health uses Canada Post as our prime courier (approx 6 business days delivery anywhere in Canada and from 2 to 4 weeks anywhere in continental USA) to deliver our orders. However we may consider other forms of carrier depending on the situation.

If the customer requires next day delivery, please email us: info@springofhealth.ca for a shipping quote before placing your order; you may need to pay additional charges.

SHIPPING RATES:
Shipping & handling starts from $ 7.64 per order within Canada. Enjoy FREE Shipping on orders over $100 within Canada and over $150 the continental United States. You can place international orders online or by email: info@springofhealth.ca. For Delivery to other countries and international buyers, please contact us for a shipping quote and options by email to: info@springofhealth.ca, before you place the order. Please note that International shipping fees will be calculated by weight and destination.

RETURNS:
Please contact Spring Of Health customer service at info@springofhealth.ca if you would like to make a return.
Spring Of Health will accept returns on most unopened merchandise within thirty days (30 days) from the shipping date of your order, please call us to confirm. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for return shipping. A 25% restocking fee will apply. The cost of shipping to the customer is non-refundable. We do not accept returns on opened merchandise. We do not accept returns on all probiotic products.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
We strongly encourage you to contact your customs office or other appropriate authority before you place an order to familiarize yourself with any regulations or restrictions that may apply. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties or your delivery being delayed, or returned to us.   Any duties or taxes that may apply are the customer’s responsibility.

Prices do not include customs fees, taxes, duties or tariffs.

Each country has its own laws and regulations. We cannot predict or estimate additional customs fees, taxes or tariffs that may apply to your order. It is your responsibility to pay these fees or to contact your country's appropriate authority to discuss or dispute such fees. These fees are determined by your local authority. Spring Of Health has no control over these fees and does not collect any money from them.

If any additional fees apply to your order, you will be charged at the time of delivery. As stated in our disclaimer, if you refuse a shipment because of these fees, we will issue a refund for merchandise only, minus a 25% restocking fee, upon receipt of the returned package. You will be responsible for any shipping fees (including return shipping) that incur and/or billed to Spring Of Health.

ILLEGAL & BANNED PRODUCTS:
Please check with your customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of products you are going to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.
If you place an order and your local customs office determines that any product(s) are illegal, your package may be seized. Please refer to the Returns Disclaimer for additional information regarding seized packages.
